Candy Can. Cotton Candy Drink Review.

 

I've been eyeing this brand for a while now, seeing their ads. I was just browsing the store today and picked up this drink. I normally hate sparkling drinks but thought I'd give it a go anyway.

It smells divine and tastes good like cotton candy but the sparkling ruins it for me, it's one of the better sparkling drinks I've had but still I did not like it enough. I would not buy it or drink it again and I rate it 3/5.

Little Caesars. Stuffed Pretzel Crust Pizza Review.

 

I've done a few reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the stuffed pretzel crust pizza.

The crust was pretty good, I have only twice eaten stuffed crust and its great but the pretzel itself was just good and had the texture the regular pretzel crust was lacking, I loved the crust and I give it 4/5. This pizza came with cheese sauce instead of their crazy sauce, it did not give me the option for crazy sauce. The sauce was fine I'm usually not a fan of cheese sauce, I rate the pizza itself a 3.5/5.

Stacked. Cowboy Hash Review.

 

I've done 3 other reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the cowboy hash. This hash is: bacon, ham, sausage, peppers, onions, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, eggs and homefries.

It was good but I have many thoughts. The bacon was good, the ham and sausage were good, the peppers and onions were good but they really skimped on it them, the cheese was good but barely any cheese, the BBQ sauce was too sweet and I'm annoyed it didn't come on the side, the eggs were fine and I didn't mind the homefries but felt they were overcooked and I did not enjoy the larger pieces. This could be improved on by adding more vegetables, like tomatoes and mushrooms. Overall not a bad dish but I would not buy it or eat it again and I rate it 3.5/5.

Stacked. Cookies and Cream Waffle Review.

 

I've done two other reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the cookies and cream waffle.

It was really good, I just think it was too sweet for my personal taste and the waffle was a bit too dense, otherwise a solid waffle. I don't think I'd buy this again but I'd eat it if offered and I rate it 4/5.

Reign Energy. Sour Gummy Worm Energy Drink Review.

 

I've done a few reviews from this brand (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the sour gummy worm.

It's a little sour and tastes good but the more I drink it, the less I like the fruity flavours. I cannot tell you what the flavours are but they were not great. Overall I don't think I'd buy it but I'd drink it again if offered and I rate it 3.5/5.

Little Caesars. Twix Crazy Treats Review.

 

I've done a few reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the Twix crazy treats.

These are lacking chocolate, I only taste caramel. These are underwhelming and too dense in texture, not fun to eat. Not bad but I would not likely buy or eat these again and I rate then 3/5.

Little Caesars. Pretzel Crust Pizza Review.

 

I've done a few reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the pretzel crust pizza.

It's not quite the pretzel texture and it's not soft, it's between a pretzel bun and a pretzel cracker. It tastes bit too oily and too salty but the flavour is good, I would not likely buy it again but I'd eat if offered and I rate it 3.5/5.  I am willing to try the stuffed one if I get the chance. The pizza itself is delicious as usual, I love their pizzas and I rate it 4/5.

Slush Puppie. Blue Raspberry Drink Review.

 

I love a slush puppie, so I was excited to try this drink. I've been drinking them since I was very young and blue raspberry was one of my favourite flavours.

It's good and has a nostalgic taste but since it's not in slush form it's not as good. I would not buy it again but I might drink it if offered and rate it 3.5/5.

Tim Hortons. Pineapple Dragon Fruit Quencher Review.

 

I've done many reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the pineapple dragon fruit quencher. This was supposed to be frozen but it did not come that way.

This drink sucked so bad, it tasted like a floral fruity perfumey body gel or body wash, like a bath and body works. I would absolutely not drink this or buy this again and I rate it 2/5.

Marche. Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies Review.

 

This is my first time trying this brand. These are strawberry cheesecake cookies.

They smell and taste delicious but I am not a fan of the texture it's soft but oddly firm like playdough but this isn't that bad. I would not buy them but I'd eat them again if offered and I rate them 3.5/5.

Monster Energy. Nitro Energy Drink Review.

 

I've done many reviews of this brand (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the nitro.

It tastes like limes, it's so delicious. It's almost as good as the Ghost limeade. This is one of my favourites of this brand and I would absolutely buy it and drink it again and I rate it 4/5.

Update: as I continue to drink it, it's too dry and no longer as enjoyable. I now rate it 3/5.

Rockstar. Strawberry Peach Punch Energy Drink Review.

I've done a few reviews of this brand (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the strawberry peach punch.

This is the nicest Rockstar I've had so far, it's a delicious smelling and tasting drink, I'll say there's very little trace of peach and it does taste a little like nail polish remover and a bit too tart but compared to the other flavours I've had, this is it. I would not likely buy it but I'd drink it if offered and I rate it 4/5.

The Sconery. Apple Cinnamon and Bacon Cheddar Chive Scones Review.

 

I've done a couple reviews from this bakery (search them on my blog) and today I'm doing the apple cinnamon and bacon cheddar chive scones.

The apple cinnamon was really good, nice little chunks of apple in it. It's not as good as the cinnamon honey I've had but still great, I rate it 4/5.

The bacon cheddar chive scone was pretty good, I liked each of the "toppings" but I felt the scone itself was too sweet alongside the savoury pieces. Overall not a bad scone and I rate it 3.5/5.

Pita Factory. Baklava, Chicken and More Review.

 

I've done quite a few reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying baklava, chicken, fries and gravy. 

This is my first time having baklava and I'm very disappointed. I was hoping to like it but the taste is boring, the texture isn't pleasant and it's overall not fun to chew, it's a boring dish. I would not eat it or buy it again and I rate it 2/5.

Next is their chicken, quite good for a pita place. I liked the chicken but felt the breading was too crispy in a rocky texture and needed more flavour but was good nonetheless. I don't know if I'd buy it again but I'd eat it if offered and I rate it 3.5/5.

Next is the fries, they are different than prior, the ones I had before had a crispy coating but these were not coated. These were such sad fries, most of them were undercooked and they needed salt. I disliked both types of fries if I'm honest. I would not buy these or eat these again and I rate them 2.5/5.

Lastly the gravy, I've had it twice on poutine but this time i just used it as a dip. It's beefy and tastes pretty good but could be seasoned or salted, it was a bit lacking. Not a bad gravy but I didn't love it. I may eat it and buy it again and I rate it 3/5.
