If you search my blog for El Monterey you can find my meat lovers wrap review. I decided to try one of each of the 3 flavours. This one is egg, sausage and cheese. This wrap compared to the other felt like it was quite a bit smaller (likely as it wasn't stuffed with meats) but this one was better tasting I felt and I really liked it! I loved them both to be honest and I would get this one again for sure. I just feel they are a bit pricey....they are 2 bucks a piece; which to me is a lot for a single breakfast wrap. I though rate this one 4.5/5. I would've given it a 5 if it was bigger in size.

Nongshim. Soon. Vegan Veggie Noodle Soup Review.
I like my share of the Nongshim cup noodles but I've stumbled across this vegan one called Soon. I snatched it up and tried it out.
I loved it! It was spicy and delicious! The corn I felt was my least favourite part but the flavours were great! There wasn't much different about this, besides the mushoom and the texture of the noodles were kinda different but they were not bad. I would get this again for sure, it was the right amount of chili pepper and the flavour I like in a cup noodle. I rate it 4/5. I'd give it more but the corn lol.
Melona Creamy & Fruity. Strawberry Dessert Bar Review.
On my search for profiteroles that I never ended up finding, I decided to grab Melona "ice cream" bars. I see them all the time when I go into the store but not once had I picked them up. I was at war between strawberry or banana, I wish there was a mix of them in a box...I would love that; then I don't have to decide.
Anyway. I like the look and size of the bars and the flavour wasn't too bad, it was awfully muted and simulated a strawberry Hi-Chew, it was just a very mild strawberry flavour, it also was certainly fake of a flavour. I wish it was more like a starbust, the flavour in them is great. I don't know if I would purchase these again but I am interested in the other flavours. I rate them 3/5.

Tim Hortons. Artisan-Style Grilled Cheese Review.
So I have had the regular grilled cheese from Tim Hortons and it's just a grilled cheese, nothing too fancy to say about it. This new grilled cheese is called Artisan-Style. It's a fancier grilled cheese sandwich and I decided to try it out with my BOGO-FREE coupon.
This sandwich is made with an artisan whole wheat bread (some fancy bread with a crust of seeds and seasonings), cheddar cheese insides and grilled on top with a combo of Mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese.
So I liked the grilled cheese sandwich and I loved the cheese melted on top BUT I did not like the crust, it was just bleh and I wasn't feeling the oats and seeds on it, or whatever it was. Once you eat the crush first, the sandwich is good. I would get it again if it was cheaper and without the crust haha, I know you could cut off the crust or just eat the crust first but I shouldn't have to pay to cut it off or ruin the rest of the sandwich by filling your mouth first with gross crust. I thought it was okay overall and I rate this sandwich 3/5. I wanted to give it 2.5 just because of the crust alone but that would be unfair, as the rest of it was good. (I wish they would do it on white bread or regular whole wheat and grill it with the cheese on top.)

My Experience With Lurasidone Part 2.
To read part 1 of this blog post, search Lurasidone.
Here I will be updating my reactions with Lurasidone and alcohol. As some can have a bit and some cannot have any. I decided to document a bit of this and will be updating it throughout a fair bit of time, each time I have a drink and how much.
December 6th 2017: Last time I had alcohol.
December 7th 2017: I started the Lurasidone.
December 24th 2017: I had about approx. half an ounce/1 ounce of tequila rose. I am feeling alright it’s been an hour since I drank. I though have been hydrating quite a bit but I did not plan to get drunk or tipsy, just a toast for the holidays.
December 25th 2017: Midday I ended up in a really bad mood and I had not even half an ounce of tequila rose. Fine with my health and mental Heath.
December 25th 2017: This evening I have been sipping a cooler, not even 1/4 of the can with dinner. I felt fine till later on. I wasn’t feeling well, just so stuffed of food and slight sickness going around... it’s not good. Otherwise I'm good.
January 1st 2018: I had half shot of Malibu and juice. I am in bed already and oh boy do I feel drowsy lol! I feel drunk which isn’t the amount I usually need......hm. I’m a lighter weight today, lighter than I have ever been before lol. Happy new year.
February 3rd 2018: I had half an ounce of Malibu with half an ounce of mango juice. I also had a full ounce of Tequila Rose. I am feeling buzzed already, due to the interaction with the Lurasidone. I am still taking the medication as prescribed. I am feeling "good" and less upset than I was prior to drinking today. I do though feel my heart race a little bit but that's alright with me. I am feeling a little disoriented but nothing I haven't felt before. I am ready for a nap I think haha.
February 15th 2018: I had half an ounce of Disaronno straight. I feel a bit more calm than I did before. I drank to calm myself down from an angry conversation I had with someone. My chest was pounding and I often get so angry my face burns up like a fever. Upon having the drink, I feel a bit better. I could use a long nap though, instead of living my life. I'm starting to have stomach cramps but it might be because I worked myself up and maybe because I'm hungry.
March 16th 2018: I had quite a bit of alcohol today. I had two jagerbombs and a few shots of other stuff. I don't recall all what or how much but it's more than I had been having since being on the Lurasidone. I was drowning my sorrows so I don't recall. I did end up having really bad heartburn though and I got f-ed up pretty quick. As every time I drink now I find I'm even lighter of a weight.
So I am not going to continue this post forever, I want to wrap it up here and write out my conclusion.
So my experience mixing alcohol with Lurasidone is: in moderation it's fine for me. Always make your own judgement when it comes to alcohol and Lurasidone, depending on your medication and your body. Start off slow and small amounts with alcohol, unless your doctor has said NO alcohol at all. For me though I found it heightened my heartburn and drunkenness. It also makes me more sleepy and makes my heart race. It could be dangerous if not done in a controlled situation or in moderation. So I and yourselves, be careful.
I am no expert as I have said in my part 1 but this is just some personal insight to my experience with the medication. I hope you have taken something from this or at least enjoyed the read. Thank you!

Toaster Strudel. Strawberry and Cream Cheese Spread Review.
They never change up the flavours around here so when I saw this different flavour I screamed. It was also on sale so I couldn't pass it up, I snatched this strawberry and cream cheese spread strudel to try for review.
The strawberry is the same as usual, the icing is the same as usual but the cream cheese spread portion was a great addition. I felt the regular strawberry strudels were too overpowering with strawberry but this one was a great to have a different flavour infused and to tone back the strawberry. I don't think the cream cheese spread part tasted like much, it didn't look like much either but it was a good addition. I think these will replace the strawberry ones for me......they better keep them on the market lol. I rate them 4/5.
