Bad Monkey Popcorn. Big Cheese Review.

 

I've done a few reviews from this brand (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the cheddar popcorn.

These do not have a good cheese flavour, they are cheap tasting to me, like a dollar store popcorn with a little stinky cheeese taste and a seemingly stale cheddar seasoning on them but it wasn't terrible. I would not buy them or eat them again and I rate them 2.5/5.

Kettle. Backyard Barbeque Chips Review.

 

I've been enjoying this brand for years but I had never done a review, this is the backyard barbeque flavour.

They have a good flavour and they have quite a kick to them but I didn't love them compared to other BBQ chips I've had but I do enjoy the texture of kettle chips, I prefer them to regular chips, other than ripple ones that are my favourite. I would not buy these again but I'd maybe eat them if offered and I rate them 3/5.

Cherry Kitten. Clothing and Website Review 6.

 

I've done quite a few other reviews from this brand (search them on my blog) and today I ordered some new pieces that I have not purchased from them before.

Here are the items I chose:

I have once before purchased a cami tank but the cami crop top, skirt and hat are new to me.

Update: I have learned once the package arrived, that this is a mesh cami tank, not a regular cami tank and not what I wanted, I do not own much right now, that I can wear with it, my mistake.

I placed this order June 6th 2026 and today is June 21st 2026 and this is what I've received:

The mesh top is cute just again not what I wanted but there's nothing wrong with it, it's still pretty and I like the print, it's just not practical for my wardrobe. The large fit great and I'm glad I picked that size 4/5.

The angel crop top is so cute, it's a Bratz style top which I love, it's really soft and fits well. I just feel it's a bit big in some places, like the neckline and underarms but I don't feel I'd need to size down but I could've if I wanted 4.5/5.

The skort is cute, I haven't worn a skort in decades, it's a nice colour, fair quality and feel of fabric and overall pretty. I think it would look even better if I ironed it. I'm glad I got it in the medium, as any smaller and the shorts would not be comfortable to wear 4.5/5.

The cow print hat was a little misshapen in the package but it's soft, really cute and I love it, though I'm not sure how much of a bucket hat person I am but I'm not upset by how it looks on me, it's still cute 4/5.

This shopping experience was good but I wanted to say the mesh top was not worth the price, so I rate the shopping a 4/5.

Bad Monkey Popcorn. Salt and Butter Review.

I've done two other reviews from this brand (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the salt and butter.

This is not a bad popcorn but I've had worse, it has a very fake buttery flavour, that's a lot of like movie popcorn. I don't know if I'd buy it again and since trying this product, I am no longer eating popcorn as the kernels get stuck in my teeth and the popcorn skin gets stuck to the roof of my mouth but I am behind on reviews and may or may not have any more to post in the future. I would not buy these or eat them again and I rate them 3/5.

Oh Snap! Dilly Bites. Dill Pickle Bites Review.

 

I love pickles, so being able to easily snack on them is great, these are dilly bites, chips of dill pickles.

These are good pickle chips for snacking, there is a bit of pickle juice in the bag but still taste great, with a great crunch,  I don't love dill pickles but no complaints. I would consider getting them and eating them again and I rate them 4/5.

Cherry Kitten. Clothing and Website Review 5.

 

I've done a few other reviews from this brand (search them on my blog) and today I bought a pair of PJs, my first time buying PJs from here.

According to the size chart I'm an S but I sized up to the M which is my usual clothing size, I was worried it would run small, especially since I am an L/XL in some of their other products.

It came out to $30.78USD or $43.04CAD. I ordered it June 3rd 2026.

Today is June 15th 2026 and I have received my package, this is the item:

The M fits fine but I personally didn't need to size up, I would've preferred the S but it's still wearable and looks good. If you prefer a less snug fit you could size up, like I did. The material is thin and breathable, good for the summer, the fabric feels almost like a cardigan meet a swimsuit.

I don't know if I'd buy PJs from them again, as I feel the item is overpriced, though most of the products I've purchased from them were better in quality for the price you pay, this one I feel could've been more more affordable, reflecting the quality. Overall I am happy with my purchase and I give the shopping experience a 4.5/5 and the item a 4/5. 

I wanted to note: I have done many of their baby tees in the past but I will not be purchasing more of them, as where I live the water is hard and has destroyed a few of them. 

Turtle Chips. Choco Churros Chips Review.

 

People have been loving these chips and I wanted to try them for review,, these are turtle chips in the choco churro flavour.

They have the texture of Munchos chips which I do not like, it's similar to a pork rind and I wish they were more firm and less airy but they have an alright amount of chocolate flavour but not enough churro flavour, just a hint of cinnamon. Overall they are just fine but since I do not like them enough texturally I would not buy them or eat them again and I rate them 3/5.

Voortman. Strawberries and Cream Crispi Bites Review.

 

I've done three other reviews from this brand (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the strawberries and cream crispi bites.

I didn't like the top layer of cream, the texture was like a hardened thin icing, that was not nice for me texturally but the little strawberry-like bits were fine and a little crunchy but I only really liked the wafer, I will say their wafers are not as good anymore, or I just preferred them as a child. I would not buy or eat these again and I rate them 2.5/5.

President's Choice. Elote Street Corn Dip Review.

 

I've done many reviews from this brand (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the Elote street corn dip.

It's a bit spicy with just tastes of mayo and corn, probably less flavourful than the real thing, I'm not wowed by this in any way but it's fine. I would not buy it or likely eat it again if offered and I rate it 3/5.

Pisa Pizzeria. Pizza, Chicken and Garlic Bread Review.

We ordered the deal that came with two pizzas, chicken, garlic bread and drinks. I only had some from the pizza pictured, the other one, was burnt black on the bottom but I did not get a photo of it, as I did not personally eat it.

This was one of the toughest pizzas I've ever eaten, it was so hard to chew through, my jaw got a workout. I'm disappointed that there wasn't much flavour to the pizza, I have not had such a rough pizza in quite a while.

The chicken was fine but looked and tasted like a box of frozen chicken nuggets and the breading was separating from the meat but the sauce was alright 3/5.

The garlic bread was pretty good, though some pieces did not have much garlic on them and they were quite doughy 3.5/5.

There was nothing that good about a single item I had, though the chicken and bread were definitely better than the pizza, I personally wouldn't order from here again.

Tangy Zangy. Sour Wild Fruit Candy Review.

It's quite a bit sour but still enjoyable, they had a good fruity flavour and I enjoy the texture on them but feel they are a little too tough to chew. I'm unsure if I would buy them again but I'd eat them if offeered and I rate them 3.5/5.

Ice Cream 2. Dirt and Worms Parfait Review.

 

I've done quite a few reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the dirt and worms parfait. You can choose from vanilla, chocolate or twist soft serve, Typically for dirt and worms the chocolate would make sense but I normally pick vanilla, so I did it out of habit. This parfait has: hot fudge, gummy worms, cookie crumble and rainbow sprinkles.

I felt it would've been too rich for me personally, if I had chosen the chocolate soft serve, so the vanilla was a good choice. This was really good and all the flavours went together well. The gummy worms were still a good texture in the ice cream and tasted great. The hot fudge was rich and chocolatey, the soft serve was lovely, as I've had it before. The cookie crumble was nice but overshadowed by the fudge. The sprinkles were just fine abut added a nice little crunch, other than the cookie crumble. I felt I didn't need the sprinkles on the parfait, growing up when we had dirt and worms, there were no sprinkles but I know some people do have them. Overall this was really good, a bit too rich for me but worth it. I would buy it and eat it again and I rate it 4/5.

Red Baron. Pepperoni Pizza Review.

 

I have only had the mini pizzas from this brand but never a full pizza, so I thought it was time to try it properly and do a review, as the mini pizzas taste different but still delicious and I feel they don't cook well texture-wise on the bottom. Today I'm trying their classic pepperoni pizza.

I liked the cheese but felt it was a bit muted with how flavorful the meat and sauce were but still good. The pepperoni were so savoury and delicious, some of them became cups which I love. The sauce was well seasoned and rich, I really loved it. The crust I felt was good with the toppings but the bare crust edges I didn't love the texture of, felt it was too crispy/crunchy, like rocky tree bark and did not have much flavour, almost like biting into those thin cracker-like breadsticks. 

Red Baron has dethroned Dr Oetker as my favourite frozen pizza, this is probably one of the greatest pizzas I've ever had overall. I did want to note this pizza did not agree with my stomach but I am not upset, it was worth it. I would absolutely buy it and eat it again and I rate it 4.5/5.

Ice Cream 2. Superhero Ice Cream Review.

The red tastes like cherry, it tasted bright and cherry indeed, was really good even if I'm not usually a cherry person. The blue tastes like cotton candy, I at first loved it but the more I ate I hated it, it started to tasted not like food but some kind of fake flavoured beauty product. The banana was the best part it, tasted like banana taffy taffy. I felt the ice cream was nice and smooth but some of it was icy and even had some pieces of ice for me to chew. It's not anywhere near as good as Laura Secord, yet the flavours here are more prominent but at first I felt it was a good dupe but as I ate it it did not, the flavours did not melt well together at the bottom and ended up tasting pretty rough. Overall not a bad ice cream but I would not buy it again, just for the blue portion ruining it for me as I got through it, all things considered I rate it 3/5.

Air Heads. Strawberry Soda Review.

 

I've done two other reviews from this brand (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the strawberry soda.

I loved this, it's carbonated but barely, like in a cream soda and it's pretty smooth, The flavour is delicious and nicely strawberry and even candy-like but the aftertaste is like bubble gum and that I did not like. I would absolutely buy it and drink it again and I rate it 4.5/5.

Keebler. Dip'Mmms. Fudge Stripes Smores Cookie Dip Review.

 

I've done one other review from this brand (search it on my blog) and today I'm trying the fudge stripes smores dip'mmms.

I'm not a fan of the cookies, I find they taste boring, dry and cheap but the marshmallow dip is nice, almost like a marshmallow fluff but with a more vanilla flavour and not the same texture, this is thinner, more runny and not as fluffy but overall not a great snack. I would not buy it or likely eat it again and I rate it a 3/5.

Pepperidge Farm. Sausalito. Chocolate Macadamia Cookies Review.

 

This is my second review from this brand (search it on my blog) and today I'm trying the Sausalito cookies, they are milk chocolate chunk and macadamia.

I really liked the milk chocolate chunks, they were nicely textured and had a rich nice chocolate flavour, the macadamia was pretty good, crunchy and tasted pretty good but the actual cookie was dry, grainy and did not taste very good, it was boring and I felt it was too crispy, I wished for a little softer of a texture, I did later on read they are crispy on purpose. I would not buy these again but I'd maybe eat them if offered and I rate them 3.5/5.

LOL Surprise. Chocolate Egg with Toy Review.

 

This is an LOL Surprise chocolate egg, it is hollow with a prize inside.

This is not a good chocolate but I've had worse, it's like a cheap dollar store chocolate and I'm disappointed it's not an actual tiny doll, it's a shaped piece with the doll painted on it. I would consider buying them again cause I do still think they are cute and would be cool to collect more but it was just okay of an experience overall and based mostly on the chocolate I rate it a 3/5.

Boston Market. Chicken Fettucine Alfredo Review.

This is my first review from this brand, today I'm trying the chicken fettucine alfredo.

This brand is kind of expensive and I found it was not worth the price. Flavour-wise it was not too bad for a frozen dinner, it was just boring like most other frozen alfredo but the chicken was fine in texture and I did like the broccoli and the pasta was okay but I just felt the sauce didn't do much for the dish. I don't think I'd buy it again but I'd eat it if offered and I rate it 3/5.
