Self Care Is Most Important, It's Okay To Take A Break.



Don't ever let someone make you feel bad for who you are and how you feel. Don't ever allow yourself to feel smothered by those who don't understand and don't want you to take care of yourselves first.

It's never wrong to take time to yourself, step away from the people and the social media and to take a break, take me-time. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT. Do not let someone make you feel bad for not up-keeping their high maintenance friendship. If they cannot understand you don't want to talk every day or all the time especially due to mental health reasons, they can change their ways or there's the door.

Do not allow people to guilt trip you into their friendship, into their time. You take all the time you need to step away from them and others BECAUSE SELF CARE IS MOST IMPORTANT. You can care about your friends but not if they make you neglect you and smother you when you need space.

THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH HAVING SPACE, SPACE DOESN'T MEAN YOU HATE THEM OR DISLIKE THEM! YOU JUST LOVE YOU.

It's okay to love you. Take that break. Turn off the screen. Breathe.
