So I thought I had one chunky soup left to try but then I went to the store and I saw this one butter chicken and a jerk chicken one. I have purchased these two and the final other one I have left to try.
I am not crazy about butter chicken but my sister is, she LOVES butter chicken and knows her butter chicken well. I decided we should try it out together.
She hated it, flat out hated it, the sauce she said was her least favourite part. I myself liked it a bit, I loved the first few bites but it became just meh as I continued to eat it. I know she would never eat it again and I would only eat it if there was no other options. I rate it 3/5 though I didn't want to say 3 but I also didn't want to say 2.5.
I got this bar for free with this company who sends out samples. I'm always off and on with my feelings for Kashi. I was nervous trying out this bar, I'm not big on most bars and dark chocolate. I got it for free though so why not try it out?
I hated it, it's so earthy and just tastes bleh, I feel it lacked flavour needed sugar maybe....or maybe even a little salt. It was one or two bites and I was done. I certainly wouldn't buy or eat it again and I rate it 1.5/5.
So I always forget I don't like the Harvey's poutine BUT I decided I'd try out the meat lover's poutine. So it's the regular poutine of fries, gravy and cheese curds but with beef patty pieces and bacon.
So I wasn't a fan to be honest, it only helped I was starving when I ate it haha. I am not into their gravy but their fries and the cheese curds were good. The burger pieces were kinda underdone which is not what I like lol and the bacon was bleh as I suspected with their bacon.
I would not order this again, the concept is cool but the taste of this one was not good. I rate it 2.5/5.
So I picked this up of course at 7-11, which has been the theme recently on my blog, I have done two other noodles from 7-11 lately. This is the final flavour, it's a Japanese noodle soup that is soybean paste flavoured.
I didn't like the flavour, I didn't like the seasoning, the broth or the noodles. I mean the noodles were a fine texture but were clumping as I was trying to it eat and it was becoming no longer hot. The broth was a bleh taste, it wasn't good to me at all. I would not buy this or eat this again. I rate it 1/2. The 1 point is for the noodles when they are hot they are fine haha.
I got to try a strawberries n cream lindor, it was AMAZING! I over-ate the centre so it wasn't properly captured in the photo. This is hands-down the greatest chocolate I've eaten from Lindt. The flavours are unreal, so delicious and creamy. I rate it 4.5/5. I would've said 5 but white chocolate I'm not real crazy about.
I then got to try the mangoes n cream Lindor. It was delicious as well but the strawberry took the cake. I would still purchase this one from time to time. It was packing a punch of mango and so creamy also. I rate it 4/5.
I bought this at 7-11, it cost the most I've ever spent on a single cup noodle. This cup noodle needed extra care, you had to boil and drain the noodles first then add the packets and more water then boil some more.
The noodles were good and the veggies were good but the broth and the soft brown pieces in it were not good, they were too sweet especially for this savoury of a dish bleh. I wouldn't get it again but I do like the serving size. I'm just not sure if it was worth the price. I rate it 2.5/5.
I went into 7-11 and decided on a few cup noodle I had never had before. I picked up a few including these Nongshim tempura udon noodles. OKAY! SO! These are delicious! The broth is my favourite part, though the noodles are a bit stiffer than I’m used to, so I wasn’t crazy about them though they softened a bit over time. I rate it 4/5.
I picked these up at the specialty store, the korean bbq caught my eye. I don’t like the seeds but the flavour overall is good half the time sometimes the flavour isn’t good. I’m torn how I feel about them. I rate them 2.5/5.
