Voortman. Chocolate & Banana Wafers Review.

This is the third Voortman wafer review I will be doing, I will keep my eyes open for other flavours. I did two other reviews (search on my blog) and this one is chocolate & banana.

This one is layered chocolate and white like the cookies n creme but this white layer is banana (sorry for the poor lighting its too bright to capture the banana layer well) and it smells good. The taste is subtle to me and not too bad, it's a nice snack and I think it's not too overpowered with banana like most banana flavoured foods. I'd get it if I was craving it but I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it, it's just okay. I rate it 3/5.

Voortman. Cookies N Creme Wafers Review.

I just did a review for the cinnamon bun wafers (search it up on my blog) and this one is cookies n creme.

I love the look of the chocolate and creme layers, it's so just pleasing to the eye, I think anyway haha. I found they were light in flavour but they were pretty good. I don't love them and I don't know if I'd get them again but I'd certainly eat them if offered. I rate them 3/5.

Voortman. Cinnamon Bun Wafers Review.

I have 3 Voortman wafers to review, (I will not be reviewing the vanilla, chocolate and strawberry) this is the cinnamon bun wafer.

It smells so strong, like a bag of ground cinnamon and I didn't like it. The wafer though tasted a bit better than it smelled but I wasn't overall crazy about them. I wouldn't buy them again and luckily they were not even 2 bucks and I can give them away. I rate them 2.5/5.

Marie Callender's. Sweet and Spicy Chicken & Noodle Bowl Review.

I wanted to try out this sweet and spicy bowl, (sorry I missed the unstirred photo, I'm annoyed with myself lol) and I think this was either 6 bucks like most bowls are or this one was on sale.

It was indeed sweet and spicy wow was it ever, it went well together and the chicken was my favourite part, I think the noodles though were my least favourite. I don't think I would buy this again but eat it as a last choice. I rate it 2.5/5.

Dole. Diced Mango Fruit N Pudding Review.

I've never seen these fruit n pudding cups before but I like dole so I thought I'd try them for review. I love mango so I got the mango one, they had a few other fruits. I'm not crazy about pudding that isn't chocolate.

It was alright, the pieces of mango were good but the pudding was just alright, I'm not crazy about it just like I thought. I wouldn't get it again but I will finish them off, it was just not great but food to each if you had to. I rate it 2.5/5.

Mtn Dew Kickstart Drink Review.

I like Mountain Dew but I can admit I don't like fruit punch juices, they usually upset my stomach. I was offered this to try and I decided why not?

This drink honestly is delicious, I was surprised. This drink honestly tastes like liquid gummy worms and I enjoyed it. I would consider it again but I don't know the price so I can't tell if it's worth it or not but it's a tall can and I think worth a good price. I rate it 4.5/5.

Frontera. Chicken Verde Taco Bowl Review.

I just recently did another Frontera bowl review (search it up on my blog), this time it's a taco bowl.

It smells and tastes amazing! This is honestly so good, I plan to pick another up today if they have them at the store I'm going to because despite how good it was, I wish there was more for 6 bucks haha but unlike the last one, this one is worth 6 bucks for sure! I loved this bowl, though the veggies I could take or leave haha. I rate it 4.5/5.

Frontera. Chicken Fajita Bowl Review.

I bought two Frontera bowls (stay tuned for the taco bowl review) and today's review is for the fajita bowl.

I didn't mind this bowl but to be honest I don't like beans, they were my least favourite part of the bowl but the rest of it was good and the chicken was my favourite part. I would eat it again if offered but I don't think I'd buy it again myself as it was 6 bucks. I rate it 3.5/5.

Arby's. Ultimate BLT Review.

I went into Arby's after getting my haircut and I ordered the Ultimate BLT, they did not have it the last time I went but it was a year ago.

This BLT was good except the bread, it kept getting stuck to my teeth and gums. The bread is some multigrain with seeds in it, the crust was over-toasted but not toasted in the center, I don't get it. There of course was too much mayo, most fast food places over do it on the mayo for their sandwiches. The toppings were good and there was a lot of bacon, compared to other sandwiches, without having to ask for double meat. I don't know if I would order it again, just because of the bread but otherwise it was a good sandwich. I rate it 3.5/5.

Lindt Wafer Chocolate Bar Review.

I was eyeing this Lindt wafer bar for a while, I saw it twice then I picked it up for review.

It's so delicious actually, I was nervous about chocolate because I'm picky but its good! It's creamy and the wafers are light and compliment the chocolate well. I don't know if I'd always pick this up as I don't really have a sweet tooth but if I'm craving it, I will for sure. I rate it 4/5.

Toujours Mike's. Pepperoni and Bacon Stuffed Crust Pizza Review.

This is the first mainly French pizza I've had especially frozen, it's pretty cool. I like pepperoni and bacon, I also like stuffed crust, so I'm trying this pizza for review.

The pizza was pretty good piping hot. The toppings and sauce were good and each bite felt like authentic pizza. Sadly the crust was too thick and dry, also the stuffed crust was barely stuffed, I was kinda disappointed. I would though get this pizza again, I rate it 4/5.

President's Choice. Chicken Samosas Review.

So I've tried various President's Choice foods (search it up on my blog) and most of them are just meh or not great, so I was nervous to try out these chicken samosas.

Honestly though, these were AMAZING, the best samosas I've EVER eaten, not even kidding. I've had real ones and frozen ones but these are the best, they have the flavour I've been looking for that don't make my rose run and aren't too over spiced or too thick was empty breading. These are honestly perfect, I just wish more came in the box haha. I rate them 5/5.

Dare RealFruit. Strawberry and Yogurt Biscuits Review.

I have never seen these before but I was told they are not new but new to me so I thought I'd try them for review.

These are biscuits with raisin like strawberries in them and one side is covered in yogurt. I actually dislike these, they don't taste good. The texture of the cookie is odd and the flavour is even more odd. The strawberries were just okay and the yogurt was the only good part I feel. I would not get them again but eat them if I had to. I rate them 2.5/5.

Choco Banana Pocky Review.

I have tried mango and green tea Pocky for review (search them on my blog) this time I'm trying the choco banana.

These smell nice, not as nice as the mango Pocky but still nice. It's a hint of chocolate but mostly banana but the flavour of banana is so artificial tasting that it's not great, the after-taste too isn't all that good. I don't know if I would get them again or eat them again, they are just awfully bland and fake. I know they aren't to taste real but some of the other Pocky I've done had a nicer more subtle taste, less processed to the point of it making the flavour off. I rate them 2/5.

Cobs Bread Bakery. Raspberry Custard Danish & Cinnamon Roll Review.

I have two items from Cobs Bread Bakery to try for this review.

The first item is a raspberry custard danish. I'm usually picky about my danish but raspberry is my go to. The breading is my favourite part, it's so fresh and soft and delicious. The raspberries were tart except the first one, it was sweet haha. The custard was alright, I never have a custard danish so I can't compare it to other ones but it was alright. Overall it was a good danish, I rate it 3.5/5.

The second item is a cinnamon bun. They have frosted and unfrosted but I was in the mood for a frosted one. It appears the icing was a little stiff but upon biting into it, it was the most gooey icing I have ever had, it ran almost like water it was dripping and delicious. I found the bun just decent, not the best one I've had and the icing was a little too sweet but if you've got a sweet tooth it's a good idea. Also great balance between too sweet icing and not sweet enough bun, some of the bites were certainly better than the others. I rate it 4/5.

Mango Pocky Review.

So I have done a review on my blog for green tea pocky (search my blog) and I have also tried chocolate and strawberry pocky which I hadn't reviewed on my blog.

This time I'm trying out the mango pocky. The smell is very strong and smells great, I love mango. The flavour was very toned down but it was a nice flavour. I'm not crazy about them but they are a good snack, I don't know if I'd buy them again but I'd eat them again. I rate them 3/5.
