This is my first time buying food from Circle K, I have only been in one once to grab a bottled drink and I was excited to finally try their food. I was really hoping to try the pizza but they were sold out when I went, I also did not get to try the breakfast sandwiches or pretzels like I also had my eye on but I did get a chance to try 11 items.
Chocolate chip cookie: it tastes like dirty sawdust it's so bad I couldn't even finish it 0/5.
White macadamia cookie: tasted alright I've had better ones but it was fine 3/5.
Oatmeal raisin cookie: it was really good though the flavour is a little lackluster 4/5.
Fudge brownie cookie: its boring in flavour but has a weird taste to it 2.5/5. I am pretty sure it's fudge brownie, I did not read the sign but that's what I read online.
Spicy beef patty: discovered it's just Patty King which are sold at the grocery store. The edges were so is dry and hard almost like a rock, it's skimped on the filling but had a nice spice and good flavour 3.5/5.
Chicken sandwich: it was hot and soggy, weirdly textured on the chicken and bun. It was dry and I found it boring but not the worst, the pickles though were pretty good but also soggy. I did add mayo after I took the photo, it did help but not enough 3/5.
Hashbrown: were pretty good, nothing to write home about and not too greasy but I'll be honest I just don't love hashbrowns and usually don't choose them 3.5/5.
Burger: it was a rough experience, the cheese was awful and the taste, smell and texture ruined the burger and the texture of the bun was soggy, weird and wrinkly. I will say the burger patty itself wasn't bad and the bacon was fine but this was probably the worst burger I've had 1.5/5.
Polish sausage: was delicious, nice flavour and chew but not as good as others I've had 4/5. Yes I put ketchup on my sausages, cry about it haha.
Cheesy pepper jack tornado: it's spicy and tastes really good, I felt the spice overtook it. I also enjoyed the feel, crunch and texture of it 4/5.
Ranchero beef steak and cheese tornado: cheesy and meaty, a bit less spicy than the other one, though still spicy and really good 4/5.
