I've done a few reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the Mexican omelet. I actually ordered something else but this is what arrived and I do not like avocado so I had to take it off the top, as it would not make for a fair review. The Mexican omelet is: sausage, peppers, onions, mozzarella, buffalo sauce, smashed avocado & pico salsa.
This was actually quite good, everything tasted good, had nice textures and bites to the egg and vegetables but I did not taste any sausage. I was unsure about the buffalo sauce, as I'm not usually a buffalo person but it had a nice spice and bold flavour to it and went with with the other toppings. I did feel the omelet needed salt and pepper though. I would consider buying it and eating it again and I rate it 4/5.
