Drizzilicious. Cinnamon Swirl Bites Review.

I've done one other review from this brand (search it on my blog) and today I'm trying the cinnamon swirl flavour.

These are delicious and taste like cinna\twists from Taco Bell, I just don't enjoy the texture as they are dusted and rice cakes, which I don't love the texture of. I would absolutely buy these and eat them again and I rate them 4/5.

Batch 27. Rainbow Sherbet Energy Drink Review.

 

This is my first review from this brand, this is their rainbow sherbet flavour.

It tastes very energy drink like, it has that tart almost battery taste some energy drinks have and the flavours of the rainbow sherbet are very fake and don't taste that good. I would not drink this or buy this again and I rate it 2/5.

I've sworn I've done a review on Tteokbokki before, it's somewhere on my blog though I got it from a restaurant but this is an instant version. I have also tried another one or two instant ones but have yet to post them, so this is my first instant Tteokbokki review.

It's very spicy but delicious. I liked the texture of the rice cakes for an instant one and the sauce was so good, it would be a great sauce for a pasta or even rice dish. This was better than the other instant ones I've had but nothing beats fresh rice cakes. I could not eat this again, as it really hurt, though not the spiciest thing I've had but it was great and I rate it 4/5.

Marie Callender's. Meat Lasagna Review.

 

I've done a few reviews from this brand (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the lasagna.

It'ss weirdly sour yet sweet, the cheese tastes bit off, the sauce is boring and this is mystery meat, not a nice meat flavour or texture-wise. This is the worst lasagna I've ever had and I rate it 1.5/5.

Marie Callender's. Pulled Pork Mac n Cheese Review.

 

I've done a few reviews from this brand (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the pulled pork mac and cheese.

The mac and cheese is so boring, the sauce was a bit thin like it's watered down and flavourless and the pasta was a bit too soft, making it not a nice texture but the pulled pork and bbq sauce were pretty good. I would not likely buy this again but I'd maybe eat it if offered and I rate it 3.5/5.

Drizzilicious. Maple French Toast Bites Review.

I've actually tried another flavour of the brand but I have seemingly lost it and didn't get to post it for review. This is the maple French toast flavour, I also have a berry one to post and I still hope later on to be able to review the other flavour, it was I believe smores.

I will start this by saying, I as a Canadian hate the smell of maple, it makes me horribly nauseous but as a child it would actually make me throw up, I have no idea what's been going on in my brain but it's weird.

Despite the smell, I will say the flavour is absolutely phenomenal, I have never tasted anything of this flavour or even real French toast, this delicious before. I will say this is one of the greatest foods I've ever eaten in my entire life. I will though say, I personally don't love the texture of these but that's just a personal issue, as they are rice cakes and they are dusted, making them a little weird in the mouth. I want to buy many more bags and I rate it 4.5/5.

Storck. Toffifee Review.

I had been meaning to try these for decades, I am finally doing a review. 

I don't love the texture but these are great otherwise, I love all the flavours together and the crunch of the hazelnut is a nice contrast to all the soft textures of the other parts. Though I felt these are a little too rich for me but it's not a problem. I don't feel I was missing out on much over the years but it was nice to still try for review. I don't think I'd buy these again, unless I'm craving them but I would absolutely eat them if offered and I rate them 4/5. 

They do also have white ones I've seen a few times over the years and I may try them in the future if I come across them.

Note: I have said before I hate toffee but I think it's just the Great Value brand.

Crave. Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese Review.

 

I've done quite a few reviews from this brand (search them on my blog) and today I'm doing the buffalo chicken mac and cheese.

The cheeses ruins it, as the flavour isn't nice and the sauce is dry and gritty. I did not taste a single piece of chicken but the dish had a bit of spice which I did like. Overall not good dish, I would not buy it and unlikely eat it again if offered and I rate it 2.5/5.

Heinz. Pickle Mayonnaise Review.

 

I saw this pickle mayo and I was thrilled to try it for review, I love a pickle food and I love a pickle type sauce or condiment.

I love this, I felt it's not tangy enough, not pickle enough but it's almost perfect. I tried it with chicken nuggets and potato coins, both were pretty good but its's better with the chicken. I feel this would be great for mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, fries, onion rings, chicken sandwiches, sandwiches and wraps etc. I will absolutely buy it again and I rate it 4.5/5.

Janes. Cosmic Chicken Nuggets Review.

 

I usually get Janes products, so I was excited to try these limited edition cosmic chicken nuggets.

These are really good, I like the texture, taste and breading but the breading is a bit too thick, they are overall a good frozen nugget but they are not as good as the Swiss Chalet ones. I would buy these and eat them again and I rate them 4/5.

Ghost. Swedish Fish Energy Drink Review.

I've done quite a few reviews from this brand (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the Swedish fish. I believe this is one of the flavours being discontinued and I am very disappointed but some places are still stocking them for the time being.

It tastes really good and just like Swedish fish but without the weird texture you'd get in eating the candy and it has a bit of alcoholic like taste or buzz to it but overall really good, I rate it 4/5.

I've done many reviews from this brand and one other review from this line (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the sausage, pepperoni and hot honey.

This was not as boring as the other one but still boring and not worth the price. The sauce was too light, the sausage I barely tasted and this was only a little spicy, I was disappointed. On the positive notes, the crust did have a good flavour, the pepperoni I really liked, the sauce wasn't bad, the red peppers were the best part and I did enjoy the hot honey, this was my first time trying it. Overall I'm disappointed by this line so far and there are two more for me to try but I am not hopeful, they aren't stand out flavours, there's 5 cheese and margherita. I would not buy this again but I'd eat it if offered and I rate it 3.5/5.

Great Value. Nutri-Bowl. Ginger Beef Review.

 

I've done quite a few reviews from this brand and a few of their nutri-bowls (search them on my bloh) and today I'm trying the ginger beef.

This is such a boring dish, there is no flavour really and I found the beef a little tough, I also don't love edamame texturally so this just wasn't a good dish. I would not buy it or likely eat it again and I rate it 3/5.

This is a good bowl but the bbq sauce is sweet in a sugary way, it's too sweet but otherwise this is good and the chicken is my favoruite part. I would not likely buy it again but I'd eat it if offered and I rate it 3.5/5.
