Chocolate Toast Crunch Cereal Review.

 

I love the regular cereal and have tried a few items of this type (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the chocolate flavoured cereal.

This is specific box is from the US, I think their Cinnamon Toast Crunch sucks compared to the Canadian one. This one also isn't good, tastes like powdery chocolate paint, it's also stale in texture but was not expired. I would not buy or eat it again and I rate it 2.5/5.

Starburst. Strawberry Drink Mix Review.

 

People  debate on if these drinks are still considered water or not, I'm torn haha. I have tried other brands and flavours of drink mix but I think this is my first review. Today I am trying the starburst pink drink mix.

I like the flavour, it tastes like a fake strawberry candy, not quite starburst  but I think it needs a little sugar, which is funny because these are specially sugar free. I don't think I should drink these like water but as a treat it's okay. I don't know if I would buy them again but I would drink them if offered and I rate it 3.5/5.

Gourmet & Go. Teriyaki Chicken Review.

 

This is my first time trying this brand, I typically like the dish so I wanted to try it for review .

It looks sad but I loved it, it's great for a microwave meal but I felt it needed more sauce. I would absolutely buy it and eat it again and I rate it 4/5.

Edo Japan. Strawberry Bubble Tea Review.

 

This is my first review from this restaurant but I've done a few bubble tea reviews (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying a strawberry bubble tea with coconut jelly.

No sweetness and just tastes like strawberry water, the jelly was fine. I would not buy or drink this again and I rate it 3/5.

Tim Hortons. Infusr. Mango Starfruit Energy Drink Review.

 

I have done many reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying another one of their new energy drinks, this one is mango starfruit.

It is quite tart and the mango was good but I I wasn't a fan of the starfruit. I would not buy or drink this again and I rate it 2.5/5.

Tim Hortons. Infusr. Blackberry Yuzu Energy Drink Review.

 

I have done many reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying one of their new energy drinks, this one is blackberry yuzu.

The blackberry I don't think I really liked, though the yuzu was nice but overall pretty good in flavour. I don't know if I would buy or drink it again and I rate it 3/5.

Boylan. Root Beer Review.

 

This is my first time trying this brand, I'm typically picky about my root beer but I wanted to try one with cane sugar.

It's like A&W root beer but a bit malt like, a pretty good drink. I'd drink it again if offered but I don't know if I would buy it again but I rate it 3.5/5.

Dough Box. Carbonara and Berry Dough Bites Review.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I wanted to try it for review.

I got the carbonara with added chicken and it was delicious, I loved the texture of the pasta and each topping was great, including the chicken that was thinly sliced. I though felt it was a little too peppery and the sauce was very soupy but overall the best restaurant pasta I've had 4/5.

I also got the berry dough bites and they were great, the bites were a little too tough but yummy and the strawberry whipped cream was divine and tasted of jam 4.5/5.

Overall I am happy and will be returning again soon but I wanted to note it's too loud, the music is like a nightclub and we had to sit outside; which was still nice. 

Dr Oetker. Casa Di Mama Bacon Pizza Review.

 

I am on the hunt to try all the pizzas I can from this brand, I have done quite a few reviews (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the bacon pizza. 

This pizza has bacon, red onions and green onions on it. It's boring, nothing about it is exciting but it's not a bad pizza, I also wasn't crazy about the crust. I don't think I'd buy it again but I'd eat it if offered and I rate it 3/5.

Booster Juice. Berry Cream Sensation Smoothie Review.

 

I've done quite a few reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the berry cream sensation. Sorry for the unappealing photo, it was a bit melted by the time I got the photo.

Strong on the blueberry and guava, it's so lovely and tastes like a summer party. I didn't love it for the blueberry I prefer to eat the fruit over drink it but it was still a good smoothie. I would maybe buy and drink it again and I rate it 3.5/5.

Hello Kitty. Cherry Lime Fizzy Pop Review.

I'm a Hello Kitty lover so when I saw this I wanted to try it for review. 

It's dead on cherry and lime, which honestly isn't for me but it wasn't too bad. I would drink it again if offered but I wouldn't buy it again and I rate it 3/5.

Matheson Food Company. Creamy Smoky Mac Review.

 

Chef Matty Matheson has created his own mac and cheese line, I got one of the flavours to try for review.

It tastes like liquid smoke, son much so it tastes like a hotdog meets bacon, it's not great. On the bright side I like the pasta shape and it has a slightly spicy pepper flavour to it.  Overall not bad but I would not buy or eat it again and I rate it 3/5. I am still interested in trying the other flavours if I find them.

Tim Hortons. Chicken Habanero Bowl Review.

 

I've done many reviews from this restaurant search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the chicken habanero bowl.

This bowl has breaded chicken, habanero sauce, jalapenos, cucumber, grains, tomato and lettuce. This bowl had barely any food in it, unlike the others I've had prior. I feel they also skimped on the filling, especially the vegetables. Overall a good spicy bowl and even I enjoyed the breaded chicken and I was happy with it. I'd consider getting it again and I rate it 3.5/5.

Chuck's Roadhouse. Philly Cheese and Strawberry Flower Review.

 

I've done one other review from this restaurant (search it on my blog) and today I'm trying the Philly Cheese sandwich and strawberry flower drink.

The Philly Cheese is a sandwich with beef, cheese, onions and mushrooms with a BBQ sauce, it was not very good, it was worse than Arby's and Charley's. I didn't hate it but I did not enjoy it, I would not get it again and I rate it 2/5.

The Strawberry Flower drink has Ketel One vodka, osmanthus flower, strawberry puree, ginger ale and club soda. I was not keen on the club soda or the osmanthus flower, this drink needed more alcohol but I learned I could've added extra for a dollar more. Not a bad drink but it was not for me and I rate it 2.5/5.

Cadbury. Golden Chocolate Bar Review.

 

I've reviewed a few items from this brand (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the golden bar.

It's a flavour I've never had, I will try and describe it, it tastes like caramelized honey, meets caramel, meets honeycomb and white chocolate. It's kinda great but I didn't love all the bites. I am buying it again and I rate it 3.5/5.

Pickle Barrel. Kung Pao Chicken Review.

 

I've been once bebfore to this restaurant and tried them for review (search it on my blog) and today I'm trying the Kung Pao Chicken. This dish has chicken, zucchini, carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion, bean sprouts, cilantro, with a sesame-ginger sauce.

I felt it was a good dish but the sauce was boring, it was filling and a good portion but overall I didn't love it. I would eat it again if offered but I wouldn't buy it again and I rate it 3.5/5.

Strawberry Creme Chex Mix Review.

 

I'm not a chex mix person but I wanted to try the strawberry creme flavour.

I loved the smell and I enjoyed the flavour, I just felt the strawberry flavour was too tart. I couldn't eat a lot of this but it was pretty good. I don't think I'd eat or buy it again and I rate it 3/5.

Korner Kitchen. Biscuits and Gravy Review.

 

I've done two other reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the biscuits and gravy, it's the only restaurant here I've seen has them and this is my first time having it so I hope it goes well. Sorry I didn't get a better picture of it, a close up picture.

It didn't look like the pictures I've seen other people have, homemade or from another restaurant but this was not right. The flavour sucked and the texture was off putting, there was not any flavour to it. Sorry to be crude but it was a lot like vomit. The biscuits I didn't mind but they were thin pucks of overdone and again not like I've seen online. I only ate one and you know it's bad when I can't finish it. I would not buy it from here again but I'd be open to trying this dish again elsewhere and I rate it 2/5.

Arby's. White Mac And Cheese Review.

 

I've done quite a few reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying the white mac and cheese.

There was too much flaour in this sauce and was not seasoned, not a dash of salt or pepper either. I felt it was worse than hospital food. I would not buy or eat it again and I rate it 2/5.

Arby's. Mozzarella Sticks Review.

 

I've done quite a few reviews from this restaurant (search them on my blog) and today I'm trying their mozzarella sticks.

This is not the right batter, this is like a  fried fish, meets a funnel cake batter, it doesn't go with the cheese at all and these do not taste good, they are so greasy tasting and flavourless, even when dipped in marinara. I would not buy or eat these again and I rate them 2/5.
